    Distribution: WA to Qld and around Tasmania
    Maximum Size: Disc diameter to 9 mm, Arm length to 50 mm
    Diet: Small organic particles
    Comments: 
    This species is common but not often noticed as it usually is under rocks.Brittle Stars have a distinct central disc and five slender arms. Most brittle star species feed on small organic particles, moved into the mouth by the tube feet.
