This elected group of students from the secondary school meets weekly to address issues and raise funds for students. The most recent event was organising the Annual Winter Ball. The group have representation on the Kingborough Youth Council.

The JRC held a Freaky Friday dress up where students dressed up and had a dance in the gymnasium.
